Digital Product License & Usage

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or commercial purposes under the following conditions:

• You may modify the code to adjust or add features as needed.
• You may not resell, share, distribute, leak, sublicense, or make the product publicly available.

Delivery & Access

After completing a purchase, you will receive a download link or another access method. Most purchases are intended to provide quick access, but delivery may take up to 24 hours.

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact me through the Contact section and include your order details.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are currently processed through PayPal. Additional payment methods, including cryptocurrency, may be added later.

Because products and services are digital, refunds are limited. No refund is granted once a file has been downloaded or access has been used, except where required by applicable law or as described in the Refund Policy.

If you paid but did not receive access to your purchase, please contact me within 15 days where possible, and always within any applicable legal period.

Technical Support & Expert Installation

You are responsible for implementing and using each digital product by following the provided guide, tutorial, or documentation. Free technical support is not included beyond the documentation unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

All products, content, documentation, code, designs, and materials are owned by Owsap Development unless otherwise stated. You may not remove copyright notices, resell products, or claim ownership of any digital product or related material.

Termination of Service

I reserve the right to terminate or restrict access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute protected products, or engage in fraudulent activity. If access is revoked due to a violation, you may be refused future purchases or services.
